Into the future

Kockums Industrier’s long and vibrant industrial traditions must be maintained and carried into the future. Thus, we feel it is self-evident that recruitment and regeneration in and of the manufacturing industry (which is so important for society as a whole) must be assured. Fortunately, over the past few years, immigration to southern Sweden and Malmö has improved the supply of top-class sheet-metal workers, welders and assemblers.

Kockums Industrier has created a workplace that is as international and multicultural as the Malmö we lived and worked in. Currently, we have a workforce of some 100 from 28 different nationalities. The company is often described as an example of a modern day industrial community. We are continuously searching for new colleagues and skilled metal workers such as those detailed above. Furthermore, we are proactive and have, for example, our own upper secondary school courses and a trainee programme.
